For those of you …
For those of you that apparently have yet to figure it out, here’s the brief explanation:
Trick one (that’s right, it’s two different tricks): he switches the bottle out with the fake bottle beneath his coat.
Trick two: it’s the fake (flattened) bottle the whole time. Notice that he doesn’t rotate it at all. The viewer only see’s the wider face of the fake bottle.
